Yup, its hard to start but worth it and every effort helps. My first workout of the year lasted only 15 min but the next day I did 20. Slow start for me for sure…very slow…but with an ankle injury and nearly 15 lbs gained since I quit smoking, its not easy to jump back in. I’ll get there.
